A Good Offering
Good Evans offers an elevated menu to the traditional breakfast and lunch offerings. Our menu was designed by executive chefs Sara and Travis Evans who take great care with both the quality of ingredients used as well as the balance of flavors each plate brings. Our executive chef duo will continue to develop menu offerings and specials to keep things fresh and exciting for our guests.
However, we don’t stop with the food! One of the most unique things about us is that we roast our own coffee beans in-house and are able to provide unique and ever-changing blends for our customers. We source our beans from all over the world — the majority of which are fair trade. From time to time, guests are able to enjoy seeing our beans roasted live at our Kearney, Nebraska location by our master roaster, Ben Polk. Aside from roasting beans to use for our coffee offerings, we will be selling our beans retail so guests can purchase and enjoy our coffee at home.
As a locally owned company, we are thrilled to have launched in Nebraska and can’t wait to see what exciting things we can bring to our communities.
