All Things Banana at Good Evans

There’s something about taking a familiar flavor and making it feel new again. At Good Evans, that’s exactly what we do. We elevate everyday moments. This All Things Banana menu is built on that idea, featuring our Good Roast house-roasted espresso.

To start, this is a limited-time lineup made for comfort, sweetness, and a little indulgence. It features our Banana Foster Pop-Tart, Caramelized Banana Latte, and Banana Matcha. Both drinks can be served hot or iced.

 

First up, the Banana Foster Pop-Tart.
This is our spring twist on the signature Brown Sugar Pop-Tart, made with fresh sliced bananas over a brown sugar base in a warm, flaky toasted pastry, then finished with rich caramel, whipped cream, and a banana chip for crunch.

 

Next, the Caramelized Banana Latte.
We melt 1883 banana syrup and caramel sauce into our house-roasted Good Roast espresso. That espresso brings deep chocolate notes. Then we add your choice of milk. It’s finished with caramel drizzle and a banana chip to top things off. Hot or iced—delicious both ways.

 

Last but not least, the Banana Matcha.
Matcha is finely ground green tea. It’s earthy, smooth, and gives steady energy without the crash. We blend it with that same 1883 banana syrup, plus your choice of milk, and don’t forget the banana chip. The result is creamy, light, and refreshing—especially over ice.
