GOOD EVANS BRINGS BREAKFAST & LUNCH TO OMAHA
Good Evans is officially open in Omaha, Nebraska at 1040 S 74th Plaza.
Good Evans Breakfast & Lunch has opened their newest chef-inspired restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska on February 23rd. This is the third location for the brand who opened their first two locations in Kearney and Lincoln, Nebraska in 2019.
GRAND OPENING
To celebrate the launch of their location, Good Evans hosted a special VIP event to raise money for charity. They partnered with Angels Among Us, a Nebraska based charity that supports children and families affected by pediatric cancer – Home – Angels Among Us : Angels Among Us. For the event, Good Evans served free food in exchange for a monetary donation to the Angels Among Us.
The VIP event is the final training day for the staff before soft opening to the public. “Our staff gets live practice, and our friends, family, and business partners get a preview of who we are plus we raise money for a good cause” said Chelsea Loparco, Area Director for the brand. “It’s a great event and always a feel-good day” Loparco continued.

Good Evans has welcoming look and feel to the breakfast & lunch sector with black, white, and wood as their primary aesthetic. Their tables are hand-made in Nebraska by a company called Crae Mill. New to Good Evans is a living wall in their coffee bar area. They are the only restaurant in Omaha to have this. They partnered with Mulhall’s | Omaha Garden Center & Landscaping Services (mulhalls.com) who created the wall-scape concept.
Good Evans is a chef-inspired breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant that has a variety of options on their menu ranging from benedicts to burgers. Guests can enjoy their full menu all day, every day.
