The Blackened Shrimp Salad has grilled blackened shrimp with red onion, roasted tomato, street corn, sliced avocado, and a lemon wheel on mixed greens.
The blackened seasoning is a house recipe. It was created by one of Good Evan's chefs from their Lincoln location. The seasoning provides a great spice to the flavorful mix of this salad.

Good Evans is excited to announce they are opening a third location in Omaha, Nebraska this February. Their new spot will be located at 1040 s 74th Plaza, just west of 72nd and Pacific Street.
Good Evans started in 2019 and opened locations in both Lincoln and Kearney Nebraska. They are bringing their chef-inspired breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu paired with a house-roasted coffee vibe to the Omaha neighborhood. The brand has been pleased with the success of their first two restaurants and aim to keep growing. Their new location in Omaha will be one of two they plan to open in 2022.
