GOOD EVANS IS GROWING
Good Evans is growing and excited to announce a new location is coming to Elkhorn, Nebraska. The new restaurant is currently under construction and scheduled to open late summer. The exact opening will be dependent on construction completion.
Located just north of 204th and Maple Street, this will be the 4th location for the brand. Good Evans opened their first two locations at the end of 2019 in Kearney and Lincoln. They brought Good Evans to Omaha in 2022 and opened a location off of 74th and Pacific. The new Elkhorn spot is the second for the Omaha-area and will operate from 6:30am – 2:30pm daily.
Good Evans is known for their made-from-scratch attitude and simple twists on breakfast staples. Their motto is in their name. Good Evans stands for Good Eats, Good Vibes, Good Atmosphere, Good Neighbors, and Good Service.
Guests can’t go wrong with their line-up of omelets, benes, and fresh pop-tarts. They also have chicken fried steak that is hand-breaded to order. On the lunch side, they offer specialty power bowls, burgers, salads, and sandwiches. If you can’t decide between breakfast and lunch, no worries! Good Evans serves their full menu all day so you can eat from either side of the menu.
Also unique to the brand, Good Evans roasts their own coffee beans out of their Kearney, NE location. Beans are from various places around the world and always fair-trade.
